2. Copyright and Permitted Use

The website’s own textual, graphic, structural and visual elements - including text, original graphics, photographs, videos and logos - may be protected by copyright owned by the NO PARA Association or the identified right holders.

No separate permission is required for quotations and other free uses permitted by law, but the source and, where identified, the author must be credited. A quotation must not exceed what is reasonably justified and must not distort the meaning of the original content.

Republication, commercial use or adaptation of all or a substantial part of the content, or its bulk extraction into a database, may require prior written permission. Permission requests: info@npe.hu.

3. Images, Logos and Third-Party Content

When using photographs and other media, the rights of depicted persons concerning their image and personal data must be respected in addition to copyright. The technical ability to download content does not constitute permission to use it.

Where an external source or a separate licence is stated alongside content, the terms of the identified right holder take precedence. The Association makes good-faith efforts to identify rights accurately; comments or reports of infringement may be sent to info@npe.hu .

4. Links and Embedding

A simple link to a public page of the website may be placed provided that it does not misrepresent the content or its source. Prior notice is not required, although it is welcome for cooperation or press use.

Embedding or displaying content in a way that misleads visitors about its source, authorship or a relationship with the Association is prohibited. Technically necessary browser caching and normal search-engine indexing do not constitute prohibited republication.

5. Accuracy, External Content and Liability

The Association endeavours to ensure that published information is accurate and up to date. The website provides general information and does not in itself constitute personalised legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

The Association does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It is responsible for users’ own decisions, the content of external websites and service outages outside its control only to the extent required by mandatory law.

Use of content is governed in particular by Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright and the Hungarian Civil Code. Online services are also governed by Act CVIII of 2001.
